I’d say that if you put the windows down in the rain, that might mess up the electronics. But chances are, those have already been ruined and the windows wouldn’t roll up for some unrelated reason.

That's not too far removed from the dash in the LR3/4. Personally I liked the plain utilitarian dash. It helped distinguish the vehicle from the CUVs on the market. Almost made it feel more rugged.
